Hey all,

Welcome to the San Francisco Gourmet Cooking Club!

This is how it will work:

We will try and meet on the frist Sunday of every month, or figure out the best date in which to all get together to have a wonderful gourmet meal. Every fifth month after we all have hosted we will pick a restaurant and eat there!

The host, which will rotate each month is responsible for the main dish, someone will bring an appetizer, someone will bring a soup or salad, and someone will bring a dessert. Everyone will bring a bottle of delicious wine to fit the meal. Along with your dish please remember to post the recipe on this site. Please make sure to let everyone know what you will be making at least a week ahead of time by adding a new page to this site so everyone can plan their respective dishes.

If you have any questions, or suggestions please feel free to post them on this site as we can all edit and work on anything that is posted here.
